Kappo Video
It is nearly finished. Now working on transitions between the bouts of narration.
School Heads Meeting
The BOP plans to ask the school heads about how they would like the AJJF kata manuals to be available. They also will remind them that it is important for all the students in their dojo to be registered AJJF members. Registration has declined quite a bit and it is important for the school heads to give back to their organization through registration of their students.
Kata Manual
The BOP continues to work on the lists of Shinyo no Maki and Kiai no Maki. They are nearly finished. Kappo may also be ready to release by Convention.
Convention Committee
The Convention committee continues to work on ideas to attract more attendees. A full report should be available soon.
Convention 2017
The BOP continues to work with the BOD on how to reduce costs, given the declining attendance at recent Conventions.
The 2017 Convention guest instructor list was approved by the BOP.
AJJF Dues
The Board of Professors has approved a policy whereby examination candidates may pay their AJJF dues since the time they lapsed, in order to have their registration be current and be able to take a black belt exam. The previous policy did not allow for this.
Next Board of Professors and Executive Committee meetings: April 27, 2017 (AJJF Convention)
Respectfully submitted,
