Okazaki Scholarship Application

There are two parts to the scholarship application: one to be completed by the applicant and one to be completed by the applicant's sensei.

In other words, the applicant will fill out the form and click the Submit Application button at the bottom. Then the sensei will fill out the form and click the Submit Application button at the bottom. You can either work on it together or separately, each person will fill out the form and click the Submit Application button.

Applicant Information

The Okazaki Scholarship can help reduce the cost of your convention experience. Because our scholarship funds are limited, the scholarship does not pay all of the costs. Here are the prices to attend convention with a scholarship.

Scholarship Prices for 2020 National Convention
Scholarship Full Convention Package, Teens/Adults age 14 and older, $100
Scholarship Full Convention Package, Juniors age 13 and under, $75
Scholarship Clinics-Only Package, All ages, $25

A full convention package includes classes all weekend, the Saturday night banquet dinner and a t-shirt. A clinics-only package includes classes all weekend.
