AJJF Printing and Mailing Services

The Chair of the Kiai Echo is coordinating printing and US Mail services for the AJJF. When you have things that need to be printed and/or mailed out this service may be used to save you money and effort.

Who

What

Electronic file(s) for publishing (most commercial formats supported):

Fliers
Brochures
Pamphlets
Hand outs
Business cards
Forms

Quantities of 500 or more is where the cost reduction begins.

Mailings addresses come directly from the AJJF Central Office Database. You may provide additional addresses as well.

When

Print ready electronic files should be submitted 2 to 3 weeks ahead of the mailing deadline.

Why

You may want to consider taking advantage of this service because:

Direct billing to the AJJF (assuming it is an AJJF expense)
Non-AJJF jobs will be paid by the requester to the AJJF
Use of the mail house bulk mail permit (significantly reduced postage)

How

As the former Kiai Echo Manager, Randy Schuster can create a submittal plan to allow AJJF School Heads / Managers to utilize a professional print shop for their/AJJF needs.
