Handbook Format

1. Title: Name of section listed in Table of Contents (Displayed in the browser's title bar.)
2. Description: Describes the section
3. Further Information: Explains how, when, where, etc., as necessary.
4. Contacts: Who to contact for more information regarding the section.
5. Documents: Legal or official documents, i.e., those filed for government use.
6. Publications:
   • Manuals, books, periodicals, pamphlets developed by members of the AJJF to further the propagation of Danzan Ryu.
7. Forms and Handouts:
   • The forms themselves should be self explanatory.
   • The list of forms will include what forms are associated with the section.
   • Permission to copy the forms is given whenever possible using the following:
     Use these forms as masters to make additional copies as needed, or contact Central Office for additional copies.
8. General Notes:
   • The Sections will not be numbered so that new Sections can be added and/or substituted as needed. The Table of Contents and Printing History will reflect all such substitutions, deletions, and additions.
   • The Sections are roughly in the order that an AJJF member would need to know about them.
9. Copyright: Permission to distribute.
10. Maintained by: Email address of person who updates the documents.
11. Page URL: Full address of the page.
12. Page last modified: The date and time that the page was last updated.
