Contacting Members of the AJJF

Description

Membership mailing information is maintained by the Central Office Administrator. Two forms of mailing information are available to AJJF members wishing to host an AJJF activity, postal mail labels and email addresses.

Non-AJJF related mailings need to be approved by the Operations Committee.

It is possible to provide mailing labels that select a specific group within the AJJF. The choices of groups are:

The Central Office Administrator generates the following semiannual reports: Email lists for contacting AJJF members are maintained by the Webmaster on the AJJF website. Note that only the members who have requested that their email address be publicly available are included on these aliases. The following aliases may be used for AJJF business: To make your email address publicly available on the AJJF website send email stating so to both Central Office and the Webmaster.
