AJJF National Convention

Description

The AJJF holds a national convention, annually, with clinics and a banquet as well as the AJJF National Tournament. All AJJF members are encouraged to participate.

Further Information

Convention activities include:

  1. Annual meeting of the Board of Professors, as specified in the Bylaws.
    1. The corporation officers are elected at this meeting.
      1. Senior Professor
      2. President
      3. Secretary
      4. Treasurer
      5. Active members of the Board of Professors are determined for the next year
  2. The annual meeting of AJJF School Heads
    1. Election of the members of the Operations Committee
  3. The quarterly meeting of the Operations Committee
  4. Blackbelt Examinations
  5. Clinics on all aspects of Danzan Ryu Jujitsu
  6. Convention Banquet, ceremonies, and entertainment
    1. Recognition of School Heads, Officers, and Managers of the AJJF.
    2. Presentation of the Blackbelt ranks awarded during the year.
    3. Presentation of the Bert Aspinall award to an outstanding AJJF member.
  7. The annual AJJF National Tournament with competitors who have qualified through placement in Regional level competitions.
