We do lots of stunt rolls and falls. Kids learn control, practice the basic skills, and figure out how to apply them to different situations. Plus, it s fun!

Toys the kids like are used to make practicing fundamentals more exciting.

Every class ends with some kind of free play. Kids enjoy trying to get the better of each other, and quickly learn that skill is more important than strength.

Snake and Mongoose -- the kids cooperate to try to pin the grownups.

At the end of class, we all reflect upon what we ve learned.
