Pre-Registration Benefits

Purpose

Pre-registration is important to the convention planning process. In order to encourage pre-registration, we are offering a number of benefits to dojos and individuals.

Registration Form

All AJJF members and schools have been mailed convention registration forms. If you like you may print registration form page.

Dojo Benefits

For every 15 full package pre-registrations from each dojo, the dojo will receive 1 complimentary convention package.

Dojo membership will be verified through the AJJF Central Office.

The dojo mileage champion will receive one complimentary convention package. Mileage is based on a website map program from the home dojo to the Radisson. Pre-registrations only will be counted.

For every 10 clinics only or single day pre-registrations, the dojo will receive a free convention T-shirt.

The dojo with the most pre-registered full package pre-registrations will receive 1 complimentary convention package.

Dojos will be notified of awards 1 week after the pre-registration deadline.

Pre-registrations which are RECEIVED after the deadline will not be counted.

Up to $20 savings on registration costs.

Up to $20 savings on room costs (rebate with room conf # at pre-registration). Tell the Radisson that you are with the AJJF, event#AJ498. Include your Radisson confirmation number with your convention registration.

Assurance of receiving banquet or T-shirt reservations.

Must be received by March 10, 1999.
