This years event promises to be special. All workouts are at the same convenient location. Geoffs house is walking distance from the 5 mile recreation area of Bidwell Park, so bring your family. Workouts are outdoors, on tarps, on the grass. This means space is less of a problem than in previous years. Overall we look forward to seeing all of you for this outstanding training opportunity.

Taping Class

The Taping Class is a two hour review of basic trauma management and of taping for the wrist and ankle as taught in the full day AJJF Athletic Taping Clinic. The class is open to anyone interesting in learning taping techniques.

Taping examinations will be administered in the final hour of class for those who are interested. The class is intended to be a quick review and an opportunity to take the AJJF taping exam.

If you planning on using this course to fulfill the Black Belt taping requirement, please purchase the AJJF Taping Manual, study it BEFORE coming to class and practice the taping techniques. The manual can be obtained through Central Office, or borrow one from a friend/sensei.

Successful completion of the Taping Exam will be accepted at AJJF black belt exams for 1 year.
