Changes to the School Handbook

Description

The School Handbook has been designed to be changed as the AJJF grows and matures.

This section describes how to change the contents of this handbook. New sections or sub-sections may be added at any time. Existing sections may be changed as needed.

Further Information

To request changes to the School Handbook, please complete the School Handbook Revision Form (see Forms section) and send it to the Secretary of the Operations Committee. Please include a copy of the page you wish to be revised. You may also email the Secretary describing the suggested changes.

The Secretary of the Operations Committee will take this request to the next meeting of the Operations Committee. If approved by the Operations Committee, it will be forwarded to the Board of Professors for final approval. After final approval, the change will be communicated to all school heads. The decision will also be recorded in the minutes of the Operations Committee which are printed in the Kiai Echo.

Decisions made by the Operations Committee can be appealed directly to the Board of Professors by contacting the President or Secretary of the Board of Professors.
