To become a member of the AJJF (or to renew your membership) you must submit a Membership Form (download PDF file) which contains a waiver and release of liability.

Payment

Make your check or money order payable to the AJJF. (The AJJF is unable to process credit card orders at this time.)

Instructions

1. Print the Membership Form
   • Download the Adobe Acrobat version

2. Fill in the printed Membership Form.

3. Kyu ranks (non-black belts) must have your instructor's signature to verify stated rank.

4. Mail the signed form along with a check, made payable to the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation, to the AJJF Central Office.
