To become registered with the AJJF (or to renew your registration) you must submit a registration Form (download PDF file) which contains a waiver and release of liability.

Payment

Make your check or money order payable to the AJJF.

Instructions

1. Print the Registration Form
   • Download the Adobe Acrobat version

2. Fill in the printed Registration Form.

3. Kyu ranks (non-black belts) must have your instructor's signature to verify stated rank.

4. Mail the signed form along with a check, made payable to the American Judo and Jujitsu Federation, to the AJJF Central Office.
